There's a good reason why ancient maps are different to the maps of today; a good reason why the land masses seem to have shifted - Nothing to do with plate tectonics ! It was the giants !!!
There are so many theories about ancient stone circles, none of them recount the role that the giants played in their creation.
This story features "The Old Woman Of The Forest" a toothless crone who in a moment of inspiration manages to trick the giants, leading to their eventual demise and a change in the course of history.
